Geri Taitano is responsible for our front desk operations, and is our primary contact for patients, vendors and corporate guests. Geri greets all visitors, answers and routes phone calls. She also handles new patient registration intake, scheduling, private patient billing and also provides administrative help to staff.

Geri participates in the management of our building facilities, coordinating with various vendors for maintenance and repair. Supplies for the building, break room and general office, etc. are also coordinated and distributed by Geri.

Geri has an extensive background in transportation management. She has her Certificate of Completion in DOT HazMat General & Security Awareness and is responsible for any shipping of hazardous materials.

Avigail Cueto is a dedicated coordinator at Therapeutics Clinical Research, bringing a wealth of experience to her role. With over six years in oncolytic and hematologic clinical research, she has successfully overseen more than 50 studies as a lead coordinator. Avigail excels in data entry, patient sourcing, patient education, and venipuncture, ensuring that each study runs smoothly and efficiently. Her commitment to patient care and research excellence makes her an invaluable asset to the TCR team.

Hector serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at TCR. He is an International Medical Graduate from Centro de Estudios Universitarios Xochicalco, Tijuana Campus, which holds WFME accreditation. With his scientific background and over 5 years’ experience in over 50 studies, he brings expertise in all dermatologic and metabolic study trials.

At TCR, he shares responsibility in preparing, organizing, and managing essential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines in all clinical trials.

Meet Anna, a dedicated Medical Assistant and research assistant with 9 years of experience. She has worked in different health settings like internal medicine, oncology, and OB-GYN. She excels in managing daily clinic tasks, assisting with dermatologic procedures, and handling prior authorizations. Anna also supports ongoing research studies through lab procedures and data entry. Known for her focus and determination, she consistently delivers exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Paul Espinoza is the Marketing and Recruitment Supervisor at Therapeutics Clinical Research. With over five years of experience in clinical research marketing and patient recruitment, Paul has successfully managed more than 75 studies. He oversees high-level marketing tasks, social media advertising, and collaborates with new sponsors during study start-up. A proud graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business, Paul is dedicated to evolving recruitment strategies to meet and exceed recruitment goals within sponsor timelines.

Hazel is responsible for participant recruitment activities for all clinical trials for both the CRO & Clinic. Pre-screening potential clinical trial participants based on inclusion/exclusion criteria and scheduling site visit appointments. Assist in marketing ad campaign.

Hazel has an extensive background in account management and customer service with over 18 years of experience within the biotech and medical devices industries, and have honed her expertise as a support subject matter expert, delivering exceptional service and solutions. She is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships, and thrive in dynamic environments where her skills in account management and communication shine.

Hazel enjoys watching and playing fantasy football (go Chiefs) and spending precious moments with her family.
