Atopic Dermatitis Studies

Study 1

Therapeutics Clinical Research will be conducting a clinical research study on a naturally derived investigational product for control of Atopic Dermatitis

If you:

• Have atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema)
• Are 18 years of age or older

Qualified participants will receive at no cost:

• Study related medical examinations and testing
• Investigational study product (no placebo)

Study 2

Therapeutics Clinical Research is now enrolling a study to evaluate a topical investigational medication for pediatric patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Key Inclusion Criteria:

• Children age 3 months to under 18 years of age
• Minimum weight of 8 pounds
• Clinical diagnosis of moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis or Eczema (25% BSA)
• In general good health
• Willing to avoid constant sun exposure, tanning beds or other UV light sources
• If female is of child-bearing potential, she must have a negative urine pregnancy test and use an acceptable form of birth control (including abstinence0

Key Exclusion Criteria:

• Participation in another clinical research study
• Pregnant or lactating females
• Clinically infected Atopic Dermatitis
• Known history of Atopic Dermatitis that is unresponsive to topical steroids
• Any significant medical condition likely to interfere with evaluations, such as:
  • Skin disorders (i.e. Netherton's Syndrome, psoriasis, dermatologic fungal infections)
  • Pigmentation or extensive scarring in treatment areas
  • Significant Systemic Disease such as immunological deficiencies or HIV
  • Unstable medical disorders such as diabetes or hypertension
  • Life-threatening disease or current malignancies

Study 3

Therapeutics Clinical Research is conducting a medical research study of an investigational topical product for volunteers with moderate to severe eczema or atopic dermatitis.

Key Inclusion Criteria:

• Adults, age 18 to 65
• General good health
• Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis for at least 12 months

Key Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding women
• Underlying medical problems such as liver disease, impaired kidney function or uncontrolled systemic disease
• Inability or unwillingness to undergo multiple venipunctures because of poor tolerability or lack of access to veins
